General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and 5666tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 5666tk website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services available at 5666tk.app (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account with 5666tk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum — there are no exceptions.
- You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional in a regulated industry for whom such activity would constitute a conflict of interest.

5666tk employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any time. Failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Where 5666tk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed, and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with 5666tk. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 5666tk reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual and to confiscate any balances held therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify 5666tk of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting live chat support.

- Use a mobile number registered in your name (bKash/Nagad accounts must match the registered name).
- Set a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for enhanced account security.

5666tk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you, except where the activity results directly from 5666tk's own proven negligence.

All financial transactions on the 5666tk platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 5666tk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 5666tk's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — players who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds.
5666tk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account's activity pattern is unusual. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure and is not a reflection on any individual player's integrity.

Bonuses & Promotions
5666tk offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 5666tk. 5666tk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, only the real-money portion of the account balance is available for withdrawal.
- Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.
- 5666tk reserves the right to recover bonus amounts and associated winnings from any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including, but not limited to, players exploiting low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both sides of a market) to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed for more than 30 days from the date of issue will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

User Obligations
As a registered player on the 5666tk platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times during your use of the Services. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of games and betting markets, and the interests of other users.
- You will use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use them for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose.
- You will fund your account only with money that belongs to you and that is not derived from unlawful activity.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the 5666tk platform by automated means.
- You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting. Any bet placed on the basis of non-public information will be voided and the associated account suspended.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5666tk platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against genuine 5666tk transactions.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other automated software to interact with games or betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents platform security measures.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk hedging strategies, affiliate fraud, or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.
- Money Laundering: Using the 5666tk platform to disguise, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to another player's account, or to the 5666tk administrative systems, by any unauthorised means including phishing, credential stuffing, or social engineering.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
5666tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- 5666tk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- The player has submitted a valid self-exclusion request — in which case the account is closed immediately and permanently for the duration of the exclusion period.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of accounts in a particular jurisdiction or category.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the 5666tk live chat support team. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately, without any cooling-off period or persuasive follow-up contact from the platform.
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last used verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5666tk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5666tk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
